Rumors can make you
dislike innocent people.
They can twist your perception,
distort your judgment,
and plant seeds of doubt
in places where truth never lived.
Don’t judge anyone
based on what others are saying about them.
People project.
People exaggerate.
People speak from their wounds,
their jealousy,
their insecurity,
or their own hidden guilt.
Be wise.
Get to know people for yourself.
Watch their character,
their consistency,
their actions when no one is watching.
Form your opinion
from what you’ve seen,
not from what someone else whispered.
Because sometimes,
the one doing all the talking
is the one you need to stay away from.
And the person they’re trying to tear down
is the one with the purest heart in the room.
Discernment will protect you
from mistreating the wrong person
and trusting the wrong voice.
Scripture
“Do not judge by appearances,
but judge with right judgment.”
John 7:24
Message
Not every voice deserves your ear
but truth, time, and genuine character
will always reveal who someone really is.
